Welcome to Achievo Academy – Professional Interview Skills & Career Development Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern your registration, participation in training programs, career guidance services, interview preparation, and placement assistance provided by Achievo Academy.
By registering with the Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Application Form Submission:
The Application Form must be duly completed and submitted along with self-attested copies of the following documents:
i. Identity & Address Proof (Any One):Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, Driving License
ii. Age Proof (Any One):Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Secondary Examination Admit Card, Passport, Driving License
iii. Photographs: Four (4) recent passport-size colour photographs
.iv. Educational Qualification: Copies of all academic mark sheets, Educational certificates, Professional qualification certificates (if applicable).
v. Experience Certificate (If Applicable):Appointment Letter, Salary Slip, Bank Statement of the previous employer
vi. Bank Details: Front page of Bank Passbook, Cancelled Cheque
2. Disciplinary Action: Achievo Academy shall not be responsible for any false information, forged documents, concealment of facts, or misrepresentation submitted by any candidate. If any disciplinary or legal action is initiated against the candidate by any authority or employer, Achievo Academy shall bear no legal, financial, or moral responsibility.
3. Free Replacement Assistance: Achievo Academy provides alternative placement assistance to candidates whose employment is terminated due to reasons solely attributable to the employer. This benefit is available for up to two (2) consecutive replacement opportunities, provided that the separation is not caused by the candidate's negligence, misconduct, or poor performance.
Discontinuation of ServiceL:
A. Communication FailureIf the candidate fails to respond to official communication or remains unavailable for two (2) consecutive working days during official office hours (10:30 AM to 6:30 PM), the candidate's service shall be considered automatically discontinued.
B. Failure to Attend InterviewIf Achievo Academy schedules an interview and the candidate fails to attend without valid prior information, the service shall be terminated immediately and no further placement assistance shall be provided.
Terms Relating to Training Module, Fees & Compliance
1. Registration: All candidates are specifically notified that there will be an Application Fee / Registration Charge or any form of Security Deposit / Caution Money applicable for availing our services.
2. Placement Service Charges: A candidate has to pay 60% of his/her first month's salary to Achievo Academy (AA) as a one-time service charge. An Admission Fee of ₹799/- shall be charged for processing candidates applying for State Government Services.
3. Consulting Chargesi:
i.Company Connection Charges: A consulting charge of 25% to 30% may be applicable for connecting candidates with various companies to provide more employment opportunities
ii. Balance Payment: The candidate has to pay the remaining amount: After selection or job confirmation. After receiving the first month's salary. Or before attending the interview / receiving the company offer, as applicable.
4. Payment Policy: Both Online and Offline payment modes are available. The candidate must comply with the prescribed mode of payment while submitting the application. Once the application is submitted and the service has been processed or initiated, no request, negotiation, or claim for alteration of the terms shall be entertained.
5. Recovery of Trainee Fees: Necessary action may be taken towards recovery of trainee fees once the applicable terms are fulfilled. Legal action may also be initiated against defaulting candidates due to non-payment of applicable charges.
6. Processing Validity: After successful enlistment, the candidate will be offered subsequent interview opportunities for a period of 60 days.
7. Refund Policy: All charges paid, whether in part or in full, are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
8. Compliance of Terms: Once the candidate appears for the first round of interview, he/she shall be responsible for informing Achievo Academy about the outcome and current status of the recruitment process.
9. Penalty for Non-Compliance: If the candidate: Refuses to join the organization after selection,Fails to continue the recruitment process,Does not comply with the agreed terms and conditions,
Then:The candidate shall be liable to pay the remaining balance amount.Achievo Academy shall not arrange a second interview.The candidate's services shall be terminated immediately.
